--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---

Situation

Background Information
Following Beketov's attack on Chernarus and JB Keith, 26 MEU will conduct an amphibious landing on Utes Isle to seize and deny the enemy access to their forward airbase and disable anti-ship batteries and SAM sites which would impede subsequent operations to secure a mainland landing.

Five-Star Rating System

Combat Intensity: ☆☆☆☆ Roleplay Emphasis:Difficulty: ☆☆☆

Friendly Forces
ANGEL 1 is a USMC Amphibious Squad w/ 2x combat speedboats ANGEL 6 will operate a UCAV Sentinel and FPV Attack UAVs.

Supporting Assets
TF Keith is fully mobilized in the AO and US Army V Corps are beginning combat deployments in the region as well. The operation will be supported by LPD-36 USS Lubbock and DDG-125 USS Liberty, providing logistics, air defense and naval fire support.

Enemy Forces
CSAT forces on Utes Isle is composed of the airfield crew and garrison, and likely has been reinforced by airborne infantry and vehicles. Light and armored vehicles such as BMDs and BMPs are expected. Aerial ISR shows 2x 2K22 Tunguska AAA emplacements on the airfield. However, as this is an established military base, the possibility of heavier armor is present. Rotary-threats are possible. Fixed wing threats from the base are unlikely as a result of HIMARS strikes which are believed to have disabled the runway; however, the mainland airfield is operational and may sortie aircraft.

Mission

Tasking
ANGEL 1 is tasked with securing the airfield on Utes Island and disabling any anti-air and anti-surface weapons which may threaten friendly assets pushing towards the Beketovian mainland.

End-state
The desired end-state will be ANGEL 1 having secured the south of the island up to and including the airfield.

Execution

Commander's Intent
After securing the immediate landing area, the ANGEL 1 will be assaulting enemy positions with a priority target being the weapon emplacements to allow supporting elements to follow the landing.

Tasks and Sequencing
DUE TO LACK OF TEAM LEADERSHIP SPECIAL COMMUNICATION AND CONTROL WILL BE USED, DETAILS IN COMMAND/SIGNAL SECTION During maneuvers ANGEL 1-1 will be designated Assault and ANGEL 1-2 will be designated Cover. PHASE 0 ALL CALLSIGNS will prepare equipment for the mission and board designated vehicles. ANGEL 1-2 Ammo bearer is to carry mainly MG ammunition. PHASE 1 Landing During landing approach ANGEL 6 will be tasked with recon of the primary landing area and prepare to engage targets within 400m. Upon reaching the 1km mark or on taking fire, ANGEL 6 is cleared to engage targets previously designated. UAV should remain in a pattern at least 1km West of the island until enemy AA has been suppressed or on specific request. Upon landing ANGEL will move to take position at H248 for regroup. PHASE 2 Airfield assault Sectors will be cleared in the following order: FOB BRAVO, Airfield N, FOB ALPHA, Airfield S, FOB DELTA. Most weapon emplacements are expected around the airfield, those should be rigged for demolition once the immediate area has been cleared. Detonation will be done only on command from ANGEL 1. Upon confirmed neutralization of anti-air capabilities, ANGEL 6 is clear to shift pattern over the AO directly. PHASE 3 South assault ANGEL 6 is to provide recon of remaining compounds and preparing to engage any major threats. Upon regroup and resupply with support forces, ANGEL will move through sectors in the following order: Strelka S, Strelka E, Strelka N Should other points of interests be identified in the AO, ANGEL may be called to move and investigate those positions.
