CURRENT SITUATION

FOLLOWING OUR COUNTER-ASSAULT SUNDAY, MARINE DIVISIONS SECURED THE SURROUNDING AREAS, INTECEPTING COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN FORCES ON THE FRONT LINE AND TWO GROUND COMMUNICATION STATIONS (COMMS ALPHA AND COMMS BRAVO) THAT WE BELIEVE TO BE THE CENTER OF THE ENEMYS COMMAND AND CONTROL.

ENEMY FORCES

MULTIPLE KNOWN GARRISONS REMAIN, SPECIFICALLY TWO MECHNAIZED INFANTRY COMPANYS STATIONED WITHIN 2KMS BY ROAD TO THE SOUTH EAST AND SOUTH WEST OF OBJECTIVE. THE FORCE STRENGTH OF THE COMMUNICATIONS HUBS IS BELIVED TO BE NO GREATER THAN A GARRISON OF 60 INFANTRY, ON 12 HOUR SHIFTS. HOWEVER, THE AO IS SERVED BY AN MSR, WHICH CAN FACILITATE THE MOBILISATION OF ENEMY MECHANISED QRFS WITHIN 30-45 MINUTES OF ALERT.
