Reporting directly to the Task Force Commanding Officer (TFCO) the Command Sergeant Major fills a unqiue leadership position in that they have oversight in any area assigned to them by the Commanding Officer
The CSM also monitors the entire NCO support channel at all levels, and reports back directly to the command structure with anything requiring their attention, Providing the Commanding Officer with valuable information about the day-to-day operations of the unit.
SNCOs support the officers of UNITAF in the undertaking of the duties of their command. Long serving members who continually demonstrate a positive attitude, maturity and a willingness to not only volunteer their leadership out of game, but to provide their valued feedback and input.
