Situation
Background InformationScreened by a 5th Marines assault on the shores of Pita, we are now aiming to assault the capital of Sahrani, Bagango City. This should ensure a Russian retreat from the island nation, as well as cut their funding to it. (This is a reimagining of an older OP, Typhoon, Dying Light, played on 28.11.2021)

Mission

Execution
Commander's IntentThe purpose of this mission is to liberate Bagango by driving the enemy forces through the surrounding valley and decisively destroy them.
Tasks and Sequencing
PHASE 0 ALL CALLSIGNS prepare at FARP Foxtrot to depart on foot, fully equipped for assault. ECHO prepare a light vehicle to depart NE towards OP MINOTAUR. Throughout, Echo will follow suitable terrain to provide recon primarily and take out high-threat, high-value targets secondarily. ROMEO company forms a line at the LD. SIERRA cross the Line of Departure LIMA on the left flank across terrain. TANGO cross the LD on the right flank along the MSR.
PHASE 1
Probable line of contact will be the 105 northing on either flank.
TANGO assaults the occupied town of Obregan via WP T1 & AP T2, also clearing the bridge watchpost.
SIERRA screens the left flank via WP S1 from probable counter-attacks and secures a staging position for the following assault NW.
SIERRA remains on ready to assist TANGO in a turning movement from the west of Obregan.
PHASE 2
ROMEO company pivots northwest.
Artillery begins suppressing the east MSR to deny the enemy a flanking movement.
ECHO reports hostile troop movements from their chosen vantage point to provide the right flank heads-up.
Sierra assaults Mercallilo from their prepared position.
Tango clears the vehicle depot and stages an assault on the hostile FOB.
PHASE 3
ROMEO company pivots to cross Phase Line 2 northeast in a line formation. Mutual overwatch and security is paramount.
SIERRA platoon secures RV Seattle and prepares for counter-attack from Bagango.
TANGO platoon secures the hostile FOB and RV Vegas.
PHASE 4
ROMEO company continues the assault in a line abreast.
Bagango is split into two sectors along the central north-south axis: SECTOR SIERRA & SECTOR TANGO.
SIERRA platoon sweeps up the west flank of Bagango into the military facility.
TANGO platoon engages and secures the hostile headquarters on the east flank, then continues to the helicopter LZ.
Upon securing all of Bagango, the company reforms at either the central plaza or Bagango Villa NW.
Administration/Logistics
ResupplyALL CALLSIGNS cross the LD fully loaded. Limited supplies and backup MANPADS are available in the Company HQ HMMWV. Resupplies are pre-planned for HOTEL at RV SEATTLE and RV VEGAS as soon as secured. Limited expedited resupplies are provided by HOTEL as needed throughout.

Succession of command as per SOP Platoon RTO communicate with ROMEO 8 LSC directly. All ACE reports, supply and medical requests go through LR 46. ROMEO 8 handles PAPA and HOTEL on preliminary LR 70. LR 45 is company tactical net for platoon coordination between Actuals and manoeuvres.
