--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationThe fall of the Fapovian high command and the deaths of the Russian leaders have caused Russia to withdraw support. Before the fall of high command the enemy were massing on the southern front line while the rest of the military have moved to the southern eastern island. With civilians evacuating to the north it’s time to strike and break the frontline and wear down the enemy’s dwindling supplies
OPFOR may appear more resilient to small arms fire than what is usually experienced. This is due to modern body armour and helmets designed to provide enhanced protection against NATO-standard rounds. This will inherently make engagements more challenging compared to those faced in other theatres or campaigns. All elements are advised to hit non armoured areasFive-Star Rating System
Combat Intensity:☆☆☆☆Roleplay Emphasis:☆Difficulty:☆☆☆☆
Friendly Forces
1x USMC Platoon self driven in MRAPs 1x M1A1 MBT 1x Logistical support element
Supporting Assets
F22 Squadron on standby for response to any air threats
Enemy Forces
Intel from previous engagements indicates that the enemy has vast numbers and are willing to fight to the end. Previous encounters have seen frequent grenade usage especially in urban environments. All intelligence from previous operations has shown an increased production of armoured vehicles. We except a significant amount of armoured vehicles ranging from MBT (T55-T80s),BMP2, BTR 80 and BRDM It is expected that they will have a significant presence around factories, warehouses, storage facilities and military installations. Large civilians appartmeant blocks have been evacuated but the enemy isn’t expected to largely garrison these buildings.
Mission
TaskingBreak the fapovian front lines at Objective Stingray. Then push the enemy forces as far back as possible.
End-state
End state will see the front lines broken through, and at least Obj Stinray/Manta secures. The hope is that our attack will cause the enemy on the mainland to surrender.
Execution
Commander's IntentThe intent is to break through the enemy line of defence
