Situation

Background Information
THE RUSSIANS HAVE FABRICATED A COUP ON THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF SAHRANI (DRS) AND OUSTED THE DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED GOVERNMENT REPLACING IT WITH A PUPPET REGIME RUN BY THE MILITARY CALLED THE SAHRANI MILITARY JUNTA (SMJ), THEY HAVE DEPLOYED RUSSIAN PERSONNEL AND BALLISTIC MISSILES ON THE ISLAND IN A NEVER SEEN PRECEDENT SINCE THE CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS IN THE COLD WAR. THE US CANNOT STAND IDLY BY AS RUSSIA STATIONS BALLISTIC MISSILES THAT CAN REACH THE MAINLAND US, THE RUSSIANS HAVE IGNORED WARNINGS AND SANCTIONS AND ALL DIPLOMATIC CHANNELS HAVE FAILED. DUE TO THIS THE USMC WILL BE DEPLOYED OFF THE COAST OF SAHRANI BY A USN CARRIER STRIKE GROUP, TO PUT BOOTS ON THE GROUND AND TO FREE THE COUNTRY FROM THE TYRANNICAL GRIPS OF THE SAHRANI MILITARY JUNTA (SMJ) AND TO END THE IMMEDIATE THREAT THIS BRAZEN REGIME HAS BECOME TO THE US MAINLAND. Following last missions capture of Rahmadi, we are now operating from the island itself so that we have a stable platform to invade the main island of Sahrani.

Mission

Tasking
To Liberate the towns of Arcadia, Cayo & Tiberia and to clear all of the Military defences/installations in the area to ensure a secure beachhead.

End-state
Beach-head is secure and all objectives (A/B/C) are complete

Execution

Commander's Intent
The purpose of this mission is to Secure a beachhead on the main island taking the towns of Arcadia , Cayo and Tiberia.

Tasks and Sequencing
Guardian will transport Pavement with Warlock embarked in them via LCU to the landing. During transit, the beaches and fortifications will continue to be bombarded by the allied fleet, in order to suppress all contact and advance. Pavement 9, 2-1 , 2-2 will be dropped off at DZ Yankee where they will proceed to LZ Uniform to unload Warlock callsign. Warlock will take OBJ A alongside clearing the AA position Pavement will secure beach head for the other element to land Warlock and Pavement will complete the capture of Sector A by capturing Enemy Fort 1 Moving to Sector B to Take Enemy Fort 2, using this position to attempt the capture of Obj B and then holding to secure the surrounding area before movement towards Objective C, capture, hold. We expect counter attack from 3 directions - North from Gulan - East Dolores - South east from iguana

Administration/Logistics

Resupply
Logistics will be provided by Guardian via the Company Logistics Chief, once captured, the DZ will be used to provide a constant stream of support vehicle landing, Once Sector A is captured, we will have all Logistics Support landed in the AO.

Medical
Ground based MERT will be provided by Guardian, and CCPs setup in Sectors A, B and C as required.
