FM/BS-1412.V1.00 - Share and teach knowledge
Whenever the situation allows, teach and share knowledge about topics relevant to the current situation. Do this by guiding people through the thought process to arrive at the reason why something is done a certain way, not by bluntly instructing or correcting them.
In time-sensitive situations, issuing a corrective command is still valid. Make sure to coach on it afterwards, in debrief at the latest.
Teaching should be a positive experience for everyone involved, not an opportunity to show everyone who the smartest person is.
