The most senior medic in a CCP should always be communicating with his medics and with leadership.

They should regularly update leadership with the situation, how many casualties there are and estimated time to get them all back up.

They should regularly update leadership with the situation, how many casualties there are and estimated time to get them all back up.

Tasks given to medics or CLSs should always be done by name to ensure no one is expecting someone else to do the task and therefor not actually getting done.
