• Positively identify the target before engagement.
• Acquire and maintain a visual lock using the targeting pod.
• Confirm sufficient target contrast for successful tracking.
• Release the munition within the correct engagement envelope.
• Maintain target tracking until weapon impact where required.
• Assess observed effects following weapons release.
