Engage ground targets with radar guided munitions

• Employ radar guided munitions using the appropriate guidance method:
  • Lock-On
    • Use the targeting pod to acquire and lock onto the target, similar to laser-guided munitions.
  • Radar-Guided
    • Use aircraft radar to acquire and lock onto radar-emitting targets before weapon release.
• Release the munition once the required lock has been achieved.
• Assess observed effects following weapons release.

Employment Techniques

• FM/BS-1742 - Execute level bombing procedures or FM/BS-1744 - Execute stand-off guided munition delivery (Primary)
  • Employ munitions from a controlled distance while maintaining the required guidance parameters.
