Training Command (TC) is responsible for the training and development of UNITAF members. This includes policy management, skill assessment, lesson planning, and instructor approval. The command unit ensures that all members are properly trained and their skills are regularly assessed and developed.

J6 Policy: Manages the approval and enforcement of policies, maintaining the Force Manual and skill cards.
