FM/BP-737.V1.01 - Handing out equipment

Policy

Handing out equipment is forbidden, except in the following circumstances, and only with approval from the Field Leader:

A missing loadout item, where it was left out accidentally (handing out an (optional) item that is left out on purpose is not allowed, also see FM/BP-711 - Required equipment discretion)
A radio or CTab, according to the campaign briefing, as long as it follows the relevant loadout policies
Mission specific equipment, provided it is allowed by other loadout policies and is a crucial part of the mission

A missing required loadout item, where it was left out accidentally (J5 is allowed to omit required equipment in certain circumstances FM/BP-711 - Required equipment discretion)
A radio or CTab, according to the campaign briefing, as long as it follows the relevant loadout policies
Mission specific equipment, provided it is allowed by other loadout policies and is a crucial part of the mission
