Policy

Debriefings are for reflecting on the performance of a specific element or callsign and attendance is restricted to:

immediate subordinates of the debriefing's element leader
the element leader
others permitted by the element leader, including
- supervisors in training roles
- senior ORGCOC members (CO, XO)
- field leaders or game masters, provided that they:
  - obtain permission from the element leader before joining
  - remain on mute and refrain from speaking during the debriefing

Element leaders should judiciously expand attendance to maintain an environment conducive to honest subordinate feedback.

Policy

A debriefing is a self-reflection of the performance of a specific element or callsign and so you can only attend a debriefing for a limited number of reasons;

you are an immediate subordinate of the element leader conducting the debriefing
you are the element leader
you are none of the above - but you ask permission of the element leader before entering and they permit you to attend - or invited you to attend, in limited circumstances - such as;
- a supervisor in a training capacity
- a member of the senior ORGCOC, such as the CO or XO
- the field leader
- a game master
- in which case;
  - You must gain permission of the element leader before entering the debriefing
  - you must remain on mute while attending the debriefing
  - you are not permitted to talk in the debriefing

Element leaders must be considerate when expanding attendance of their debriefings to allow subordinates to freely share honest feedback.
